Our Team

Thank you for taking the time to fellowship with us. As you continue to “Connect”, you will find that we are more than a church, we are a community of believers who have become “Family”! We are a group of people who are committed to following Jesus and helping others to so as well. That means we worship with vigor and joy. We encourage prayer in church and throughout life. We love people inside and outside the church through generosity, invitation, and compassion. Our hope is that ALL people will feel loved and welcomed at the Citadel and once here, we pray that people will meet God and be TRANFORMED!

Billy Graham, in his Hope for each day devotional, tells a story of a little boy who was riding alone on a train, and the scenery was not interesting. A woman sitting beside him asked, “Are you tired of the long ride”, the boy smiled and said, “I'm a little tired, I don't mind it much, you see, my father is going to meet me when I get there”.

As we the people of God travel through this life, we experience sickness, disease, death of loved ones, disappointment, hurts and pains. Often the journey seems long and lonely, but as children of God, we can be assured that we are not traveling alone, God is always walking with us. The psalmist assures us in Psalms 23:4, Thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Jesus declares in Matthew 28:20, surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. So be encouraged my brothers and sisters, the ride may be long and dreary but know you are not alone! We are immensely grateful to know that our Ministry Journey now includes YOU!
